This is a simple and straight forward process. Send us a message, DM, text, or call. We'll answer any questions you have and make sure you know exactly what we can do for you. Then simply complete the contract and submit a deposit equal to 25% of your total package price.
What is the cost of your services?
Base package price starts at $2000, but most couples can expect to spend around $3000. This accounts for a more detailed highlight film, longer day of coverage, and potentially adding on something a little extra for your event. Occasionally we run special promotions so keep an eye on our social media accounts.
Why is your Services more EXPENSIVE than other videographers?
The best part about our service is that you work directly with me from start to finish. Some of the large national companies do offer lower rates, however you often get what you pay for. That is just to say when you don't know who is actually servicing your wedding, they don't know your story. We will form a direct relationship together. We aim to provide exceptional quality and even better service. We use modern up to date gear, and are skilled creators and story-tellers. This is an art form and quality art takes time, and sometimes cost a little more.
How Long Will It Take To Delivery Us our wedding Film?
5-8 Weeks is currently the deadline we have set for our company. While we do not guarantee this deadline, we make every effort to meet it. It helps that we limit the number of weddings we take on, to ensure each couple gets our un-divided attention, but that does mean you should book early! Typically this deadline does get extended during the holiday season, due to a number of events happen and our desire to spend some time with our own family capturing memories for ourselves.

Jason is a huge fan of Voodoo donut at CityWalk in Orlando, FL. His current travel bucket list revolves around going to the companies original locations. He has included the fact about his love for donuts on every about us page since we started this journey.
Do you charge Travel Fees? (Including Michigan Weddings)
Short answer, No. Long answer Jason was born and raise for 35 years in Michigan. Being there still has that HOME feeling. In fact our daughter actually still lives in Owosso, MI. We love any chance we get to go back and visit her and extended family, so we absorb all travel cost for Michigan weddings. Florida weddings are pretty straight forward too, no travel expense up to 1.5 hours away from Central Florida. Anything outside that range, or destination weddings we prefer to take on a case by case basis and typically wave any expenses in the interest of experiencing a new venue. In some cases we do require over-night lodging accommodations.
How Do You Ensure Quality Audio for Vows, Toast, & Speeches?
The technical answer to this is using professional quality audio recording devices. Our 2-3 cameras are outfitted with RODE brand microphones, and wireless receivers. However we also use an audio recording device directly into the sound system whenever possible. The final backup is a stand-alone recording lav mic placed on the groom. We do have a white one to place on the bride too, if you want us to have a 4th backup and are comfortable wearing a mic piece.
Do you Use Lighting During the Wedding?
The answer to this question is entirely up to you. Most ceremony locations can be managed without additional lights, but you will get better quality video with added lighting in most venues. This question usually pertains to the reception. If you feel your venue has ample lighting we do not have to bring ours. There are times where adding light to the scene will produce better video quality. However our cameras are made to work well in low light, so we can still create a beautiful image without having to add a bright light that admittedly can be a distraction. For best results adding lighting is the right choice, but does come with additional cost too. Be sure to confirm with your DJ that they know if we are including lighting, it can cause a problem with their plans.
Should We Do A First Look? Special Message Reading?
Our answer is YES to all of the above. Anything unique that can tell more of your story is what makes the day, and film more personable. Your wedding day is your love story in party form. We will do our absolute best to re-tell your story in a way that will bring back each and every emotion, but at the end of the day we can't record an emotion that isn't there. So the more of your story that you tell yourself the better your video will be.
Do you Offer any Value Options?
Custom packages are always an option, however because we limit how many weddings we take each year, smaller packages are typically harder to contract with our service. If the schedule is open we want to work, because Jason loves what making films. Don't be afraid to reach out, if we can't book your event we may have a recommendation of someone who can.
How is Music Selection Handled?
During the planning process we will meet multiple times to get a better understanding of each other. We want you to feel comfortable with every part of us being a part of your wedding day. One of our meeting topics will be all about music selection. While sadly we are unable to use Top 40 style music, thankfully we pay into working with epidemic sound that has a large music library to pick from. You'll help narrow down the genre, style, and some cases can even pick the song directly from the database.
Are you Legally Licensed & Insured?
Yes & Yes. This is another great reason to understand the cost of our services. Doing business the right way has some expenses. We are Florida registered and insured. Including being properly licensed for drone flight.
Do you sell RAW footage?
Short answer no. Long answer yes! Knowing that we can never go back in time, you will notice that no matter the package you purchase we will set up and run the cameras for all aspects of your event. Once we complete your event, we will offer the option to add-on features that were not included with your package selection. That being said no, we do not sell or deliver un-edited footage, it just doesn't represent our work and experience, but if you want more or your day, a longer documentary style edit, or just access to footage not originally included in your highlight, we will create a purchasable option to ensure we deliver your memories in a way that you'll cherish and be proud to share.
How Many Videographers will be at my event?
The head videographer at your event will always be me, Jason Martin. I assure you that I can cover most events by myself by managing and operating multiple stationary cameras during the key moments. However in the event that you booked our 2 videographer option, Danielle will most likely be your second shooter. Due to the nature of being a husband wife team, in the event that our kids need us, we do bring on qualified second shooters in her place. Finally it is possible that we will have a gear assistant along with us at certain events. We bring a bunch of heavy gear, it helps to have a second or third set of hands when possible.
